I have not gotten my keys in community goal in 2 weeks, and have foung no way to contact them

why am I not receiving my keys when the community goal is reached haven't got them in 2 weeks.

Bingo Keys

I have now lost out twice on getting keys from meeting the community goal. Once several months ago I never received my 155 keys and again I am having the same issue. I met my goal and the community has since met theirs and still no keys. Now up to the game
owing me a total of 310 keys. Not sure why they are not being issued but it's very frustrating to go through all the time it takes to meet goals, wait for the community to meet the goal and still end up with nothing.

Missing Keys

I only play Microsoft Bingo occasionally. Last time I played- perhaps one or two weeks ago- I had earned 40 keys and was just waiting to reach the community goal before receiving them. I logged in after being inactive for a while today. Of course, my card
had been cleared, and the community goal had long since re-set, but my 40 keys are missing.

Is there any way to get help with this? Kinda feel like a waste of time to have earned a game reward and not receive it. Makes me not want to play.

Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!

I have been checking there, I knew to do that but I am not receiving them.

Do they expire if you don't collect them right away? It doesn't matter if I click on the social tab at the bottom of the screen or if I get to the social page from the menu (you end up at the same place no matter which way you do it), the only thing that
ever shows up are the gifts from my friends. I've spent thousands of coins buying keys because I haven't gotten the community goal even once in the last 4 or so months.

It was confusing to me the first time I played the Power Bingo Community card too. You will get your payout when the community goal is achieved. Right now I am in Italy (Destination), and the indicator bar shows 17920/19465. That means I will get a payout
when 1545 more Power bingos have happened.

By the way, if you have made it all the way to the 100 on the graphic you will receive 155 keys when the community target goal is reached!

Those keys are not autorewarded upon login. you have to select the level in which you archieved the community goal and then select "social" on the startscreen. there you can collect the keys.
