    i am not getting credit for nothing i buy 12 month xbox live and add to my account nothing i get new xbox one s no points

    so i geting screwed here

    where are my points

    i play games all the time no points asdded

    Xbox live membership

    I ran out of Xbox live so I got a brand new 12 month card and applied it to my account. It’s says the card went through and shows I have the membership yet nothing that takes Xbox live will work. It keeps asking me to buy more Xbox live!! Any help?

    Deleting Credit Cards

    I have 2 credit cards on my account. 1 of them is expired but as my xbox live 12 month on it and the other one isnt expired and i have bought nothing with it but if i want to buy microsoft points it wont let me. am i allowed to delete my expired card and

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Currently we do not have any offers for playtime, or for renewals. You did not fulfill any offers with your hardware purchase, so that did not award Credits.

    It says I dont have a subscription to Xbox live but I have the 12 month which is to renew in 2015. I try to buy a new subscription but it tells me only a limited of these are allowed on any one account.

    I have basically the same question I bought 12 months worth of Xbox live in May of 2022 I used my Xbox game pass points to buy another month of game pass and it expired the end of November and when it expired it took the rest of the Xbox live I had to buy another 3 months worth

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.
