    I have not been able to open Microsoft solitaire


    This problem has been going on for the last 3 days on both my Android tablet and iPhone. At first I was getting a message that there was a bug that Microsoft was working on. Now nothing loads except the opening page.

    I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

    Can't get past advertisement to get to game.

    I have the same problem, ad will not load. If I click on the progress bar, a new store window open at the solitaire collection page. I have never been able to access bonus levels because of this. One would think Microsoft would at least make their own ads
    to work properly.

    microsoft solitaire error 101_107_1

    I have Windows 10. I've been getting the error message error 101_107_1 when I launch Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Jigsaw. I followed the suggestion above to open a Command Prompt and run the sfc /scannow.

    After running it yesterday, Solitaire launched and worked correctly. I'm trying to launch it again today and I'm getting the error code again.

    How can this be fixed for good?

    I have been able to login to Microsoft Solitaire Collection but the Event says no internet connection. I have done all the trouble shooting that has been advised and still nothing. How can I be logged in but yet it says no internet connection?
