I have no received my preorder code for Dark Souls

I preordered Dark Souls 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Dark Souls yet.

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

 

same here would like to know why 7 to 10 days was stated when its been 11 now and the copy of dark souls was my key buying point as i could play before ds3

 

I preordered ds3 deluxe on Feb. 18Th and I haven't revived my code yet. Just curious as to what's up.

I am just posting to let you know I pre-ordered DS3 deluxe edition on Feb 16, 2016 and have waited more than 7-10 days now to receive the code for DS1. It has been nearly two weeks now. I would like to know why the codes are delayed and why we are not receiving
updates on the status of them other than vague answers. My decision to purchase DS3 was heavily influenced by the pre-order bonus. Why tell us misleading information about promotions? When can we expect to get our codes? I think i am not the only one disappointed
and not happy with this situation. I have not heard of anyone getting a code yet.

So I was on this thread before Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. and support have no locked it saying it has a suggested answer this is a lie please read through the 100+ messages and see support have provided no
help or answers to there lies regarding dark souls 3 promo. Don't let xbox get away with this they think we will be kept quiet well *** that I'm making sure I get my refund today and they have already been reported to bbc watchdog stating I should
have stayed with Sony!

 

It's false advertising from Xbox , they bank the money , then xxxx you over . What's going on no wonder everyone is off to ps4 . The code properly full of bugs .for the amount we've spent you could get a copy and ps3

 

Has anyone got a date as to when they are going to release the code , it's all a load of political spin

 

I made my DS3 deluxe edition pre-order 2/16/16 and am still waiting on my redeemable code for "dark souls."

I was told to make a post about this here by the xbox chat support. I purchased Dark Souls 3 on Feb. 17 and have yet to receive my code for Dark Souls 1 on xbox one. I was also linked to the post originally made by GetJackRyan in which Mister Quimby posted,

I am posting this thread now to verify that i have not received my code, but understand that we should receive it by the 4th. I just hope that this date is accurate since the original 7-10 estimate was not.

Thanks for the posts! The Dark Souls codes you get for pre-ordering Dark Souls III on Xbox One have not sent out yet. Since this is the case, please make a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of Friday, Mar. 4th.
