I have no idea how to do anything and i need help!!!

I have no idea how to do anything on the Xbox website regrading my account. There are so many things that are not explained or are so hard to access.

Firstly, I have no idea how to remove my card details from my account as I don't want them on my profile anymore. I have looked in so many places but cannot find how to do it.

Secondly, I want to find out my reputation using the website yet again I cannot find how to do so, I read the Microsoft explanation on reputation, which didn't help me in finding how to actually access the reputation! (a link to finding it would be so helpful
or even adding a section to the explanation telling me how to access it)

Finally, my account has been suspended for whatever reason, but I have no way of finding out why or for how long the ban is going on for.

I need help please as nothing is ever easily accessible with microsoft/xbox and it is really frustrating.

I have no idea how to fix

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
for results.

1. To remove credit card information you would sign into account.live.com and go to payment and billing and payment options. Now if your credit card information is attached to any Microsoft subscription that is auto renewing you would have to go to the services
and subscriptions page first and turn off the auto renew and or cancel the subscription before you can remove the card information from the account.

2. The reputation information and the suspension information are in the same place at enforcement.xbox.com when you sign in at that website in one of the main boxes it will show you your reputation at that point.

Now reputation and suspensions are two different things reputation is how other players see you on the service while if the account is suspended that means someone reported that there was some sort of violation of the code of conduct which can be found here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers
and when the enforcement team investigated the report they found that there was a violation and suspended some of the privileges that where on the account.

An example would be say if you sent a message to someone and cussed at them for some reason then your communications privileges would be taken away for a certain period of time. This is just an example.

The reputation system like i said is more how other players think of your game play like are you a fair player do you quit in the middle of a game and stuff like that that are not necessarily code of conduct violations but how people view your activities.
if you have a low reputation then here is where you can go to find out how to raise your reputation Xbox Enforcement | How Do I which from what it sounds like you have already been on that site.

Now if your account has been suspended from privileges for violating the code of conduct you will see an orange hammer on the main page of the enforcement site that you can click on to view your enforcement history and if eligible for a case review you can
file for one and they will then reinvestigate the report and let you know if they can lift the suspension sooner.

Now another type of suspension is say if your xbox live gold subscription was renewing and for any reason when Microsoft tried to charge the card on file for the renewal and it didn't go through they will eventually suspend the live subscription until that
past due balance is taken care of. If that is the case you can look on account.live.com under the services and subscriptions and it will tell you if your subscription is past due and will have an amount in red that is due and will give you an opportunity to
clear that balance up there.

for a live representation of your rep it can only be found on the console or xbox.com on your profile

It will only show if you have rep issues

That usually solves most strange behaviors on the Xbox.
