I have no enforcement history & perfect record but Xbox Live says I've been suspended

Unfortunately until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to contact the enforcement team. All you can do is wait for the fix or your suspension to end, whichever comes first.

I've got the same problem, received an xbox enforcement but its saying i have a perfect record on enforcement history and signs me out everywhere else i go.

doesn't give me an option to appeal it anywhere.

You should sign into the
Enforcement website to see if your account has been suspended due to some infraction of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. If your account has not been suspended (it will say "you have a perfect record", for example), then you should contact
Xbox Live Support to see if it has been suspended due to a payment or security breach.

i received an email yes. but it didn’t say why. i’ve been to the enforcement website and again, it says “you have a perfect record” there’s no orange hammer to do a claim. there’s nothing in my enforcement history either. when i called back to xbox customer
service they told me to post on the forums it’s monitored by the enforcement team.

Hi, I know you've tried going to the Enforcement History (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements) page. Since it says you have a perfect record, I'd recommend contacting Xbox Support directly via phone or chat, to see if they can tell
you why your account was suspended. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be showing up on your account!
