I have no active suspensions but I still can't message people due to suspensions

Hello Abyss, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data nor to the data of Enforcement which is a department apart from Microsoft.

If you have any suspension or ban only through the Enforcement page you will be able to make an appeal to your case.

I went to that link and followed the instructions. There are no "active" suspensions listed, however when I tr to send a message to a friend on Xbox, it says "due to a suspension" I cannot send the message. I would really like this problem to be resolved, it is troublesome and unecessary.

Yeah I know support can't undo bans. I already knew that. I'm saying people are getting confirmation on there accounts several sources Twitter here etc. There accounts are still active in the suspensions. But yes I know support can't undo suspensions. But they can see if it's suspended or banned or not. Things like this makes customer’s leave.

Shouldn't do.

Just means you can't use party or in game chat,skype send messages & anything else communication related.

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

If it's a full suspension, you won't be able to sign into Live at all. If it's a communication suspensions, then you can sign in, but you can't do things like message people or talk to other people.

I've been signed since before the suspension, my console still on right now and i am able to play online. But like i said , the description of the suspension was too vague. I am not sure that if i turn off my console and turn on again it will remain connected
to XBL. Do you know if a full suspension takes place even if you are online since before the suspension?... Like... If i get a full suspension would i be booted offline?
