i have never received anything when apparently i have more than 5,000 credits

on my lifetime earnings it says i have around 7,850 credits but i have never received anything, what am i doing wrong?

Haven't received Franken Rewards after 96 hours.

Hi,

I have received the 5,000 rewards credits for stage 1 of the Franken Rewards, however I have not received the remaining 10,000 credits nor have I received the MyVIP Gems.

I have spent more than £2 on avatar items, and I have earned more than 4 achievements in the games I purchased for stage 1.

I never recieved my credits in Xbox Live Rewards

I have more than 5,000 points in Xbox Live Rewards since 2017 but I never recieved credits in my account.

Your lifetime credits earned includes all credits you have earned since joining the program. That number includes all credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. So if your pending credits is the same amount, then they haven't
been deposited yet. If your pending credits is less than that number, then you have already had some credits deposited. Your statement will list when deposits took place. You can verify deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 credits pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

Okay, second question then. How come my credits have never been deposited on those dates and always random?

As long as the rewards site shows you redeemed the credits, you will receive them. Them going out of stock after you redeemed them won't change anything.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
