i have never received any rewards in 6 years

M$ rewards is a Joke, even the cable guy came today to check internet problem and we were taking about xbox live, he said he never could get hi credits deposited 2 his M$ account, so he stopped even subscribing 2 his xbox gold subscription long ago.

I spent hours on the phone, emails, forum post, tweets and it been like a year and a half and I still cane get mine. I barely spend any money for game now, went to a ps 4, Cause M$ a joke. any dam company who cant fix this or even tell U what the problem
is need to close down and get a company that can do the job right!

I even used Bing rewards 2 get a 3 month xbox live gold for the grand kid and cant even get that to work.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So you won't hear from them until the week. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
