    I have never been credited my rewards credit please help!


    Have just recently found out I was a member of Xbox Live Rewards since September 2015 and after spending £709 I have never been credited anything in return.

    I have had reward credits saying that they have been credited but where do they go as I've never seen them in my account, and am confused as what to do, I've never seen anything in my account and account history, please help

    i have 12,124 reward credits that I thought would be credited to my xbox live account on the 30th March but it's still saying 12,124 on my reward page nothing has been transferred to my xbox live account any help please

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level
    in order to receive VIP rebates.

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site. There have never been offers to receive credits based on tenure.

    You should never post your personal information in a public forum.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you have to preorder 3 games. The credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

    I have recently looked at my rewards and on my statement is says that 2 lots of 5000 credits have been deposited to my account and I haven't seen any of them please can you help? That's like 10000 credits I've missed and I'm not quite sure how much that
