I have NBA 2k24 mamba edition but it’s showing the standard edition on my Xbox dashboard

NBA 2k24 for Xbox One. The Mamba Edition also includes both the One and Series S/X versions.

Kindly confirm if the game you have successfully purchased is the Black Mamba edition by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

If you have confirmed that your purchase is indeed the Black Mamba Edition but when you go to download the game, all you see is the Standard Edition cover art,

Not to worry! Your game is still the fully decked-out version you purchased, even if you only see the Standard Edition cover art with Kobe Bryant wearing number 8. All the contents and extras from the Black Mamba edition will still be there for you once you download and launch the game.

I purchased the 2K24 black mamba edition that says it's for Xbox series x and Xbox one but it's not working on my Xbox one console. It keeps saying not compatible.

If I may ask, are you able to download the standard/base game for NBA2k24 game? If yes, don't worry you will still have access to Black Mamba edition contents upon launching in-game.

If not, try to confirm if the NBA 2k24 black mamba edition will show up on your account by signing on to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased the game.

If it's not there, it might be possible that the game was purchased on a different Microsoft account.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the purchase was made there.
