    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you please give more information about this? On which platform are you trying to purchase or redeem a code? Can you clarify how is it insisting that you are in US?

    If you are on PC, kindly try to make sure that your PC settings is also set to your physical location. Please go to Settings > Time & Language > Language and Region > Region.

    If you are purchasing on the Xbox store web, please check the locale of the web page like in the image below.
