    While it's not instantly, Bing Rewards offers MS Points as a Bing Rewards points option. 125 Bing Rewards points for 100 MS points, 500 Bing Rewards points for 400 MS points, though the Bing Rewards "cost" goes down as you collect more Bing Rewards points.

    Can I suggest enrolling for Bing Rewards? In this program you can earn points towards actual prizes (one of which is 100 MS points in exchange for 100 Bing Reward points).

    Also, Bing Rewards is a legit program. It gives you more options then MSP, but you can buy 100 points for 125 bing reward points - just for using the search engine.
