    Go to https://account.microsoft.com subscriptions and service section and check to see if you have a past due payment in red, agains the subscription. You will have to pay/clear
    that first before you can add further Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Hey there, have you got enough for a second renewal? Usually Microsoft only allow you to purchase a subscription if you can afford another renewal.
