Yeah, also Official Xbox Customer Support can't help with in-game consumables such as FIFA points. Those points can only be seen through the windows of the game makers through their servers. EA is the only group that has the ability of depositing the points
into your account upon confirming official purchase. When it comes to consumables obtained through a prepaid code, it gets a little tricky as EA can't officially get a confirmation that it went to your account and Xbox Customer Support doesn't have the ability
to do anything with FIFA points. You may need to continue to bump heads with EA.
