I have Microsoft's solitaire games Premium Division. Suddenly I am unable to access it on...

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

I am unable to access the Daily Challenges in Microsoft Solitaire...I have not uploaded to the new Windows 8.1 upgrade however this lack of access issue has been on going for over 2weeks...plz help....

1-Follow these procedures: Right-click on the Start Menu -> Apps and Resources -> Locate and double-click on Microsoft Solitaire Collection -> Repair. Restart the computer. 2-Restore Windows Store cache can also help you solve your problems. Try to fix Microsoft Solitaire Collection not working by following these instructions: Hold down the Win and R keys.
When the small “Run” window appears, type wsreset.exe.
Press the Enter key. Wait for the command to start and restart your computer. 3-Launch the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Yes, I know it's the easiest method and you might have tried it before. But it's also very effective.

Open the Settings app and click on Update & Security.
Click Troubleshooting in the left pane. Scroll down, click Windows Store Apps, and then click Run Troubleshooting.
The Windows Store App Troubleshooter is running and detects issues. Once the problem is detected, follow the instructions. Once the process is complete, everything is ready and your application will run again.

According to the game support: “ Please note: Premium Subscriptions are valid only for the game and operation system on which it was purchased. For example, if you purchased Premium for Microsoft Solitaire on your Windows computer – it will only be valid for Microsoft Solitaire on devices that run Windows. It will not be valid on mobile devices that run iOS or Android, and it will not be valid for any other Microsoft Casual Game beyond Microsoft Solitaire Collection.”

Realised late last night that when I sign on to my wife's PC, where the game works for me, it does NOT show a 'Premium' banner beside the avatar at the top right of the window.

On my own PC the game window initially is the same but when trying to connect, the 'Premium' banner suddenly appears and then the error occurs.

I think this banner is the key to my problem, I have never been a premium player but somehow the system thinks I am - when it is my own PC.

I have tried DELETE ALL COOKIES etc/ UNINSTALL SOLITAIRE/ RESTART/ INSTALL SOLITAIRE but the 'Premium' banner still appears then the error follows.

So I suspect there is something wrong at the Xbox server end?
