As of July 1st, 2014 we are no longer rewarded for purchasing/renewing Xbox Live Gold. If it was previously working and now it seems off, it may be because you were not aware of the MyVip progress reset on January 1st, 2017? MyVip progress resets yearly,
so whatever star you achieve during that year you keep, but your spending progress is reset and your following year rank is determined by the new years worth of spending.

Either way, a reward staff member will review your account and let you know if there are any issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply to posts. They do not work weekends and respond to threads oldest
to newest.

As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold Renewals. As for your payback on December purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. You received Credits for your purchase of Gears of War 4 due to a special offer we ran in September. That offer was unique in that it also rewarded purchases made previously to the offers release. Normally, pre-orders
are not eligible for MyVIP, and are only Rewarded via special offers, located on the MyMissions page.

MyVip progress resets every year. The last reset on was on January 1st, 2017. The types of purchases that are not eligible for MyVip include pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases. Unless you have made purchases that do not fall within
those criteria then you may just be seeing the normal yearly progress reset.

A MyVIP Star Rank is an exclusive feature of Xbox Live Rewards that gives members a certain % back in Rewards Credits for monthly digital purchases made in the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or on Windows (retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply). In
order to start earning your % back, you have to unlock your first star by spending at least $300 (or regional equivalent) on eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated
each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the % you get back each month. Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.

Please note: Purchase minimums refer to pre-tax totals.

Since you have not made 300 EUR in eligible purchases, you are not eligible for MyVIP payback, since you do not have any MyVIP stars.
