    I have made a Microsoft account on PS4 and it randomly logged me out and I can't get back...


    I have made a Microsoft account on PS4 and it randomly logged me out and I can't get back in. It said something along the lines of: "Your account violated a rule" or "Your account didn't meet our standards" or something. This is so frustrating because I love playing Minecraft and I really want to play online some more.

    Thanks for the info. My credit cards are blocked and I don't think they made any purchases, I have 1500 points unused, but that's less important.

    My big problem is that I can't log into my account to see what's wrong. It's that my email address is now associated with what I assume is a brand new, randomly generated gamertag and I can't even log back into mine

    Xbox Is Messed Up.

    Yea, just kicked me off my account randomly. Been trying to log back in for around an hour now. I put in correct password then it says there was problem trying to log in. The problem is I was just randomly logged out. This is the third time this year this has happened.

    Hello,

    I tried to link my Minecraft game to my Microsoft account today when the Minecraft Bedrock update came out.

    I went to the given link ( aka.ms/remoteconnect ) and entered the code there.

    After entering the code I was asked to log in with my Microsoft account, which I did.

    The screen said I could close the tab now.

    It is not possible to log in to the PS4 with my Microsoft account. I get an error message there that says nothing.

    Can I request a new or different code, or can I reset the connection somehow?
