    I bought an xbox one/fifa16 bundle which came with an ea accsess 1 month trial and i lost the code...any help?

    Hi, I have been talking to an Xbox rep names William A, he said to come here and post about my issue. Basically I have lost access to my old messages, one which contained a 'EA Access' code and I can no longer see it. I was told to ask for the message
    and the code if possible.

    Hello,

    Looks like I have lost my free EA access code message which was in my inbox on Xbox One, which I had stored to use it later while my current subscription was ongoing. However it looks like now all the messages in my inbox has been deleted and this free EA
    access code which I received for purchasing FIFA 16 was one of it. It would be glad if I get someone resend the code to my console inbox.

    Hey, ManmadeDrop0! That code was a physical code inside of the bundle, and not provided through Xbox Live messages. We're only able to assist with codes that were given through Xbox Live messages, so we will be unable to recover that code for you. If a physical
    code has been misplaced, no one will be able to replace it for you.

    3rd time posting in a hour not one response... am I being ignored?

    Almost a month ago I pre-ordered a version of FIFA 16 which said that in about 7-10 days I will receive a one month code for EA Access but I lost it as messages reset, I spoke to someone on Xbox Support about a hour ago and he told me that my best bet would
    be to make this post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
