I have lost everything on xbox Game Pass

Hello. I only used my account this morning (its now near 5pm where I am in Australia) and I just now turned my computer on and was not presented with all of the games I downloaded or the one I recently purchased as usual. i was presented with a weird new screen and it showed that I had no games and in fact did not recognise my Microsoft account. I am in the hospital and i noticed the internet was off so I turned it on and tried several times to access my original account with no luck. I also went into task Manager and "ended the process" a few times and re booted my computer but also with no luck. Can anyone help please. Thank you. Darren

Its not the game its just something to do with the hard drives this has happened in alot of other games Gears 1,2,3,J, Borderlands 1 and 2 the list goes on, just when you do it just make sure you save it. And see it save also you should do a test on your
hard drive so it can clean out any files that are damaged. If you need help on your game ill help just send a message.

Same thing happened to me after my game froze. Don't get it man I don't understand how the SvM stuff is gone when our rank and all of that shouldn't even be stored on our hard drive.

When did you say you have deleted your account. Please can you tell me what you mean?

Have you deleted it from your Xbox, PC or have you did you delete your Microsoft account, and recover it by signing into the Microsoft Account page?

I downloaded the update and my saved game is lost! Taking it in to Gamestop now.
