If you are able to identify the correct email and also have access to it. Please do the steps below to cancel the subscription.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Under the section Subscriptions, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Disabling recurring billing will grant you the benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the payment cycle without billing you again for a renewal.

I recently bought an xbox, and created a microsoft account. Of course I activated subscription to xbox game pass. Unfortunately password wasn’t saved by my password manager. I tried to recover account, but no luck.

So due to this I have the following problem:

I can’t cancel subscription because I don’t know password and I can’t recover my account(I enter all info correctly, but for some reason it says that I haven’t provided enough info)

And obviously I can’t delete it account, since I don’t have access.

So what should I do and how do I cancel subscription on lost account?

If you are unable to recover the account then your only option would be to call your bank and have them block the charges on their side.

Being able to cancel it from Xbox's end would require you having access to the account.

A few months ago one of my accounts was hacked by a user and they hijacked my account to firstmailer.net account. I apparently don't have enough info to recover the account.

However I am still being charged my monthly Game Pass subscription. I am unable to cancel this subscription because they refused to recover my account back to me.

Canceling the subscription from the Xbox side would require you having access to the account to login and cancel it.

If you are unable to recover the account then your only other option would be having your bank block any future charges.

If you do not have any subscription on the account that you have access to but you are still charge for this, it usually means that your card is being used on another account that has a subscription. But if you do not know to which account was being charged or you do not have any idea at all, I would already suggest reaching out to the bank to have any recurring charges to be stopped and to dispute the charge since this could be a possible fraud.
