I have lost a multi year old account

Hello, I am only 14 years old and don't fully understand how technology works and my parents deny to help me with it but, I had an xbox account called "CreeperXV#1125" on xbox and exactly 318 days when i comment this I was signed out of the account and couldn't sign back I'm, this is because the account wa made on an email and a phone number that neither me or my parents have access to, I have tried everything to get this account back since I have spent years of my life on hundreds of pounds on it too, i have lost all game data and had to start from complet scratch on separate account. I do not know how to continue to help on this situation and strongly think that I need professional assistance, I have proof that the account is mine since it is still a sign kn option on my home Xbox.

I have 2 old accounts that I lost and haven’t signed in nor used them in 6 or 7 years now and the tags on the accounts are still not deleted.

Agreed. Apparently they got rid of the 6 month option?? Lost a customer there. Cant have a monthly subscription on my 8 year old's account. This was a bad move...
