I have randomly lost my points which I was wanting to use for a 3$ gift card so I can get the 1$ xbox live to reconnect with freinds before I start school please help=)

Xbox live rewards points

I randomly lost all my 25750 points. I dont know why but could someone help me. I dont even get the money from the points either. Please help.

problem with points

hello , so after solving my freedom rewards problem and making the deposit i saw i got 1000 points but where are my other points?

i had 6750 points you gave 1000 more i should get 7650 and after you taking the 5000 points have 2650 but instead i only have 1000 so not only i didnt got the 1000 points but i even lost 750

If you're talking about Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

If this is Xbox Rewards credits, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into it for you.

Keep in mind that either way, it is not possible to use currency from your Microsoft account balance to purchase gold subscriptions. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/PayPal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a store.

Im having same issue i e lost 3 daily now and unable to claim the last remaining weekly for my 1000 point monthly one i will not be happy if i miss out on the 1000 point quest because of this they need to sort it out

The same thing happened to me except it wouldn't let me sign in on my xbox due to "invalid information". I come on here, and it won't let me sign in. I change my password, and see I have only 10 microsoft points left. I must have had 1200 MS points. I go
to my download history and see I have downloaded a gold pack, gold premium pack, and premium jumbo pack also game consumable. I click on it to see what it is, and it says "Oops! This page no longer exists." And neither does my microsoft points...this is insanely
annoying I'm singing in on my xbox now.

These Packs are Consumable packs for Ultimate Team Section of the Game Fifa 2012.If you are sure you or any other user of the Console hasn't purchased these packs , then that should indicate unauthorised access of your account.
