I purchased xbox live gold and gifted it for my son.. he entered the cose you sent but it is not working... The £39.99 has come from my account... Very frustrating as a father, and your website 'contact us' function is quite frankly ridiculous.... No phone
number to speak to a human....

how can childs gamertag access gold live bought on adult gamertag

recently purchased x box 360 and set my son up on it. as he is a child i had to set up an parent account too. i have now purchased the year gold live membership with my avator but want my son to be able to use it on his avator. i cannot see how to set this
up. when i go into my sons avator it says he hasnt got gold membership. surely i dont have to buy membership for each avator??? also my son wants to download minecraft which i will have to buy through my avator but how does he access it through his avator???

Hey there, sorry to hear this has happened. Let's try
removing the account from the console then adding it back, once you have done this try the service again and let us know if you are still seeing the same issue.

If your console included an Xbox Live Gold subscription, it will be on a leaflet inside the box. If a subscription was not included with your bundle, then you will need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription separately, in order to access the Xbox Live
Gold benefits.
