So its Minecraft java, if it says the name is already taken, you can't do nothing about it, you might have tried different forms of the same username, but if others have think the same then you need to keep looking for a different one

Yeah. If you want, you can go slap (not literally) your keyboard for a super random name then add some random numbers to the end of it. If it says it's available, of course, don't take that name. Just means the usernames you're trying to use have been taken, which is unfortunate. Minecraft is a big game, so you can imagine there are millions upon millions of usernames created.

Might have to get creative and make a username that is unique and not taken, best of luck.

If everything you have tried, even the most impossible usernames aren't available. I'd recommend getting in contact with Mojang support. Ask about username issues, and make sure you let them know, that even the most impossible usernames are not working.

OH! One last thing, I don't know about the "special" character used for usernames for Minecraft. But I would recommend trying to use normal characters. Like only letters and numbers, no spaces or underlines. Then see if that works.
