1. anyone can get your IP, it is a public address, they cannot track you down to your house with it, just the city/town you are in.

2. they won't have anyone working at Microsoft, it is just a scare tactic used by those with low IQ's.

3. just block the person and report any nasty messages (just once).

4. carry on gaming and enjoy.

First at all, just chill out. My brother has an Xbox 360 and his console is working properly. Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps? You could aso reach Xbox support as other have mentioned. Xbox 360 is more than 10 years old. Have you tried to
use a computer that is 10 years old? is it as good a new computer? not really!

My first one lasted 3 years. I'm on my second one with an extended warranty and it's almost 2 years old without any problems yet. my brother has a 5 year old xbox and another brother with a 6 year old xbox, both working perfectly fine and they both play
them a lot. I don't know why but for some reason I just find it weird that weird that some people have such bad luck with their xboxs.
