Discus and support i have issue with the film and tv and groove music app on the xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi, I need support with film and tv and groove app every time I update they crash the route I have done everything I know to stop this from happening...     i have issue with the film and tv and groove music app on the xbox


    hi, I need support with film and tv and groove app every time I update they crash the route I have done everything I know to stop this from happening by uninstalling it and reinstalling it to turn my Xbox and turn on and turn the route off and on. when I
    go to reinstalling them it does the same by crashing the route. i need support with this issue and if anyone is have this problem can anyone tell me please.

    I think Xbox TV and Film is at risk.

    Groove music service, both subscription and music purchase, is already dead in favor Spotify.

    Now, looking at video, we have Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, bunch of other apps. Seems to me, it is just as much reason to keep Groove as to keep TV&Film service.

    I think it is likely in line for the chopping block, unless MS intended to sell/rent only TV & Film and strangly single out music.

    Hulu not working Surround Sound

    Are you having the same issue with all of the music apps as well? I am experiencing the same issue and have found no actual answer. Same deal, decent Sony Amp HDMI connecrion to Xbox one. Movies app, tv app, and netflix all work surround DTS just fine,
    but not Groove, Pandora, Hulu or Utube. I have changed every setting on the Amp and on the xbox and mixed all of the combinations with the same result.

    Xbox stops sending audio to stereo after I turn off TV

    If I am playing music from the native XBOX Groove app, the music will keep playing to my stereo even if I turn my TV off.

    But not so if I am streaming the music from Apple TV into XBOX HDMI in. Music stops when TV goes off.

    Background music for xbox one 2019 does not work

    I have done all those before anyone comment anything.

    When you click a app, you get prompt for a update of that app. Before the update I had no problem including groove.

    So with groove music. When I uninstall the app. Installed the groove music the background music ( clicking the app from the guide button worked) closed out the app, clicked the groove music app you get a (what's new in groove) then when you click the app
    from the guide button which just stops working.

    When I mention the background music does not work. <-- it means I go to iheartradio select music go to a game and the music stops.

    I won't do a factory reset. As I know it won't work. So does anyone have that issue? As have you even tried.

    Are you using the old Music app or the new Groove app. Microsoft changed from Xbox Music to Groove recently.
