I have internet and am connected. I cannot connect to the xbox servers this evening.

Did you have to replace your internet provider router?

No I thought it was just Madden 23 but I couldn't get on a server for FortNite either. My dad is changing the port on the back of the original router and trying different things. We have a splitter 8 port router connected to our internet provider router. So this morning we moved the xbox cat-6 to directly in one of the two remaining parent (internet provider) router ports. We use the additional 8-port (router connected to one port to the back of the internet provider router). So far, we are now running tests. The funny thing is that all 3 of our PC's that are wired connected are working just fine and a speed test gives 960+ upload and download results on our PC's. We have 1G internet, so that is really good results.

Yes, did all of the regular troubleshooting, unplugging the xbox, the router, trying other games, trying other games on our PC's, etc. I reached out to my internet provider, even thought my network connection and speeds were doing well. My internet provided did a remote reboot which actually corrected the speed issue and PnPp, latency and upload and download back to normal speeds.
