You're welcome, Francis, and I apologize because if you're using the cloud feature on your Samsung TV, the only accessible will be cloud gaming games, your owned games will not be accessible.

If ever your console will work again or if you will buy an Xbox console again you can simply sign in under the same Microsoft account where your games were purchased and you should be able to install and play them again. In the meantime, if you're to use the cloud gaming feature, you can only play the games that is on the game pass library that is cloud-enabled game.

Just a friendly reminder though that for cloud gaming feature you will be able to access only the games that are on the list of cloud enabled games. Your owned games will not be playable unless they’re on the list.

Thanks so much, however my question is : I have no access now to my owned games, my Xbox is basically obsolete as I can only access cloud gaming! I cannot get back to my Xbox games or Home Screen and cloud gaming is the only function available. How do I get my Xbox home and games back??

Cloud isn't meant.to.replaced the console.for.owned games

If you want you have to.Keep.thr console.and use.thr remote.play feature of.your.console.

Cloud has.not.enabled cloud play on owned.games.yet.and there is.No.announcement regarding thoses
