I have installed Battlefield 5 off the game pass and it says i am a trial player?

I'm sorry to hear that. First, delete the local save:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.

2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

3. Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.

4. Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller.

2. Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to Xbox Live.

Try playing the game again to see if re-syncing with the cloud corrected the game problem.

If not, Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Then Please select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

You can also try reinstalling the full game.

I installed battlefield 5 as a trial it a bit uninstalled and today installed again with ea access and it still thinks I have the trial I'm reinstalling it but I'm not sure

I dont mean that i have this issue one week ago till now, i bought battlefield 5 and he says you are a trial player just tell me how to contact EA

The account that is set to home for gamesharing works fine, but my account does not work. Do I have to use my account or the home account?

Hello There ! you can try his method "You remove your home console ,then restart your xbox and login to the game . You can make it your home Xbox after you game is loaded and working"
