I have installed and paid for microsoft collection but can not ge t a desktop i con

I purchased Microsoft collection from windows store but can not get the icon. I had it it here but had to have the operating system reinstalled they were able to save my data and desktop for the most part. When i tried to get the icon for solitaire collection icon on the desk top it cam up as blank whit square. I went to windows old and got my old account but did not find it there either. I do not like one drive so did not delete it but disabled opened the store went my library in the store see it there but am not able to drag and drop. Like i said before i had to have the operating system reinstalled there was an icon. I had to pick one and do not lie what i picked is there a way to get the icon with out a lot of

finageling or trouble I am runin21 H2 so please if you can help me i would appreciate it do i need to uninstall and reinstall and repay to get the icon. Pleas any help would be appreciated

Have you already reinstalled the game? Please log in the Xbox app with the account that purchased the game, then look for it and finally install it, then you can look for the game on the Xbox app side bar, put the mouse over the game 3 dots will appear click on those then click on add a desktop shortcut

I'm having a similar problem. It just started happening the other day. I'm no longer able to logon to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my desktop computer, but I can on my laptop (both devices use the same x-box login). When logging in on the desktop
I get a 1170000 error. I've tried the solutions offered through the link provided, but no joy. When I do the tests, logging into x-box as suggested, there are no problems, in fact when I try to play Microsoft Sudoku, Minesweeper, Word Games, or Treasure Hunt,
there is no problems, only when I try to play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my desktop computer.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, no joy. I've tried resetting the login, no joy. Not sure what else I can try.

I'm on Adam, which is iinet. I can't install The Master Chief Collection which I paid for.

I have been playing the Solitaire Collection for a long time - sometimes on my desktop, sometimes on my Surface. Whatever challenges I completed on one showed up on the other. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 on my desktop and got the new Solitaire Collection
there, that is no longer the case. If I do something on my Surface, it will show up on my desktop. But if I do it on the desktop, the Surface doesn't know about it.
