    I have had the worst experience with Microsoft's Xbox support.


    I had started a service claim in response to an Xbox series X that continued to crash after reaching out here for possible solutions.

    The series x was returned to a repair center of Microsoft with a shipping label provided by your team. This process started late December.

    On January 22, 2021 I received a controller, power cable, and HDMI cable from ups but no console. I then contacted the support center and explained this all to them at which point I was informed that my case would be escalated and to wait approximately 10 days to receive a response. I did and received no update on the situation. Today I called the support center again in an attempt to get an update and they still had no answer for me.

    After being on the phone for about an hour the phone disconnected and I never received a call back. I called again and had to explain the entire situation over to a new agent who then placed me on hold after verifying all my information, and again the phone disconnected and I have not received a call back.

    I have been with Microsoft and Xbox since the very first Xbox and have purchased them all. I have 2 live accounts and unlimited game pass memberships, and I purchase most of my digital media from the Microsoft store. I would like to know why loyal customers are treated this way and what can be done about it. Also I still expect an answer as to what happened to, and a resolution for my XSX that I shipped back. I am beyond irritated with this entire process and effectively being disregarded by the entire Microsoft support team.

    I had already called and everything. they said there is no givin day, but it the agent said it WILL be awhile.

    Sorry to hear, but I also have had my account hacked.

    My account is currently still in the fraud department,

    I had lost over 2600 microsoft points of the game Fifa 12.

    Simply wait a month and everything will be restored and the hacker will be banned.

    I know it's horrible to bare that long but trust me,

    Just play some offline in the time been and I wish you the best of look with your account.
