    You could try to get a Microsoft Xbox LIVE Gold subscription card for the region your registered to but I can't be certain it will work for you.

    130K+ gamerscore had been wiped out.. I would love to know why this happened..

    A gold subscription (live membership/subscription) is required to do certain things on Live (like play online multiplayer). Xbox live account usually means an account with gold.
