I have/had an error with my giftcard balance which causes me to miss out on a sale.

Once a sale ends, it is not possible to get that price unless it goes on sale again.

Now i found out my microsoft balance is 0 but i should have 20€ on it since i reedemed a giftcard on my xbox which is connected to my microsoft account, it even told me it was gonna put the money on my microsoft balance

im sorry to hear that i had errors my self during the ultimate sale so i missed out on some things i wanted to buy.

im personally sorry for the issues you have had and good luck on any future purchases ect that you make

Thank's for your reply Josef, I'm using the microsoft gift. I have redeem the giftcard and I have check the balance to see that it work but when I try to used it in game call Efootball it's doesn't work and it has an error call: 16-7-0-0. Can you help me with that?

Thank you for your post, Moz. I did indeed decide to call support one last time. If I'm honest, they have been fairly helpful in the past, on the rare occasions I've had cause to contact them, so hey.. I'll give them a chance. On the phone I explained again
(as i did in my 3 previous calls) that the reason I was interested in purchasing the game was the fact that it was on sale. Hopefully they'll take that into account this time. In the meantime, I have to wait another 2 to 3 days for a reply. Aargh. I really
don't like to be a moaning minnie but, I don't see why I should have to miss out on a sale price because of some technical error over which I have no control.
