    I have had an error 'something wrong our end' when trying to add funds to my sons account....


    I was trying to add £10 to my sons account. It kept saying 'error our end, try again' so i did and each timenit rejected the purchase. On the last refresh it now shows £50. I cannnot afford the extra and need the funds returned. Please help as this was an error on microsofts part!

    Hi, When I go to family to add funds to my sons account the only option I have to credit him with funds is via the registered debit card, rather than my account balance. ???

    I have had an error 'something wrong our end' when trying to add funds to my sons account. I have tried a number of times and got the same error. It now shows £50 credit when i only wanted £10!

    This can happen sometimes, I recommend restarting your Xbox and checking again.

    Be sure to check your credit card statement. My husband had the same issue. When I checked our credit card statement, we were charged for it 13 times! He kept getting an error message saying that something went wrong on their end & to try again.
