The amount would indicate a game pass ultimate subscription, unfortunately there is no way to look up what account is using credit card, so you would have to dispute the charge with your credit card company

So it was bought on my husbands account and he signed in to it again and it’s still not there. I’ve looked everywhere for it, order history, downloads, the actual sims 4 game. It’s like it was never purchased in the first place. I even checked my own account and it still didn’t show up

I’ve just searched it and checked it and saw that the subscriptions were actually only suspended and past due, and i understand that it should charge me but i still don’t have the subscriptions on my account or any other account even though it charged
me for them.

No and No. My husband and I are in our 60’s, no children or grandchildren with an XBox or any possibility of an XBox account. My husband and I are the only ones who have EVER used this cc account and have NEVER had any XBox equipment.
