    I had logged into my brothers xbox so he could use my gold and play my games, I then gameshared with my friend as well then removed my account from my friends xbox will it affect my brother? And will he still be able to play the games?

    Nope, your brother is good.
    If you enabled home Xbox in his account after removing your account from your friend’s console your brother can use your games without problems

    The only affected is your friend, as you removed your account from their console, they can’t play your owned games
