I have game pass Ultimate but the quests are Locked

I meant completing daily quests. Those are locked.

I have the exact same problem. I bought Game Pass Ultimate for 1 month. I had Ultimate before and everything worked. I already did all the steps like resetting the console and power cycling. I even called Microsoft support and they didn't even know what Game Pass Quests are. I can play online and I can play Game Pass games but the quests are locked. Sometimes they appear to be unlocked but I can't redeem them and they lock up again. Very frustrating.

There are multiple reports regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft which means that we just need perform troubleshooting steps.

Kindly remove and re-add your account.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

I've had the same issue since Tuesday when I renewed game pass ultimate subscription.

Tried hard seeing the console, but get the same issue on my mobile via the app, or on the console.

Tried playing games through my TV, the mobile out on the console and nothing registers as a daily play.

Sometimes the locks go away on the console, so launch a game, don't get the normal quest pop-up. Going into the game pass app to check and the quests all get the lock icon again

They were having some issues before if you upgraded to test Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I'm on Alpha Skip Ahead and when I upgraded I didn't see the Game Pass quests anymore, but they fixed that for me a few days ago, and I had a handful of quests to complete.

Just to make sure, did you see the quests prior to upgrading to Ultimate?
