    I'm assuming your're on Windows 10.

    Please make sure you've verified that your OS is up-to-date (search the Start Menu for "Update") & that the MS Store has no updates so that we can rule out an MS Store issue. After that, restart the computer and sign in again to verify that all updates
    are complete.
