I have game pass and it wont let me download gta online it just keeps saying installation...

Hi there all I am currently experiencing similar issues with downloading "gta 5 online". I have done all prior listed recomendation/ basic troubleshooting as a precaution before making this post such as hard restarting my xbox, router, checking my game pass status and downloading many other games since encountering this issue upon its release recently. As I said I have downloaded neusmerous games since the issue but further more when I select in my play later list as well as the game pass menu list as well as through my library access to the pass in all of these avenues I can select the game itself and options do appear for me for example I can even play it on the cloud (which by the way "cheffs kiss" beautiful feature) and I can fully play the game even transfered an old account straight over and played a few missions. However in the same menus there is no option for me to install it. None at all I have checked and checked and checked I've scoured google and it seems not many but a few are experiencing a similar issue. Just to be clear I have ample space with gta 5 online/campaign combo requires 101gb I believe and having well over 200gb space. Please help.
