First of all, I think it is good to contact your credit card institution to be able to contest these fraudulent activities. They should be able to assist you with this, by contesting and probably making another card, since this one seems to have its information on another person's hand. The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

If you have evidence of fraudulent activity you may also consider contacting your local law enforcement and/or cyber crimes offices. First report to XBL through your console then take the report from your credit card co. to the appropriate authorities.

Apparently 9/27/11 was a bad day for many gamers, myself included. I experienced the fraudulent purchase of 10,000 points in two packages. I have reported this to both Microsoft and my credit card company. A new credit card is on its way. This is a real
shame and needs to be delt with professionally and severely.
