I have fout unauthorized billings. How do I get credit for them? Phone [mod removed]

select I Don't Recognise a Charge

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a Call or Chat Online

go to this website https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status, there you can talk to someone on microsoft, they will help you with that, you can also try
to call them using the phone number of your country

Update. I looked at everything. The credit card information is correct its just that where it says Payment and Billing it had some mistakes. My address is [Mod removed] But when I put it in I accidently put [Mod removed] without the street name. Another
mistake was the phone number, It had [Mod removed] which is my dads number. I updated information with the full street address and phone number. Can anybody help me out. I'm so confused

Hi Diegool95! If you are getting that "Oops" error, that usually means there is a billing issue on your account. You will need to give

Phone Support a call, and have them remove that credit card manually for you. Let us know how it goes. Cheers!
