I have forgot /lost gift code use to install Shadow of war

Did you previously redeem it to your account? If so, you would just be able to reinstall the game. If you lost the code prior to redeeming it, you could try reaching out to where you got the code from. However, their assistance may be dependent on how long
ago you received the code,. There's usually a timeframe in which you have to notify them of any issue.

Contact your retailer for a replacement or a refund of the game title you received with your console

You would have to contact the people that issued the code, But you may be out of luck since they are difficult to replace and someone else could have already redeemed the original one.

I have the same issue and same error code but I'm trying to play the game Shadows of War.
