They seemed pretty sure I would be banned using the method they’re attempting, I just didn’t want to sit here and be banned. I have photo evidence of them admitting it and of the posts they made to one of you guys but they blurred out the name of the xbox moderator who replied.

If you've done nothing wrong then you wont get banned.

Photo evidence can be tampered with which is why the enforcement team don't accept it.

If these threats were made over xbox live just report them & the enforcement team can see everything they've done

Just report & block them.The enforcement team don't accept outside evidence but they can see everything a account has done over xbox live & gather their own evidence.

Your account wont get banned just because a certain amount of people have reported you if you have done nothing to violate the rules.Anyone abusing the reporting system risks being banned themselves.

I'm sorry to hear that someone is reporting your account without reason.
I just want to let you know that as long as you always follow the Xbox live code of conduct and you never break the terms and condition you're not going to receive a penalty.

The enforcement team always review manually a report and your activity to determine if you receive a suspension or not.

Every time someone reports you on Xbox Live, the console is gathering evidence and sends it in together with the report. All reports are checked by a real human being, so you aren't automatically (and unfairly) banned just because a group of people reported
you.

After the Enforcer reviewed the complaint and the evidence that came along with the report, they then decide if you should be banned or not.

The same goes with the Case Review. If you have actual proof that makes it evident, that your suspension was in error, you can send it in as a Case Review, and again a real human being will go over the case again, takes your evidence into consideration and
then either lifts the suspension, or if your Case Review brings no evidence that contradicts the original report, the suspension is being upheld.

So without knowing the exact details of your case, the only thing you can do is to use the "Case Review" feature, and to make sure your case review is waterproof (i.e. not some lame "I did only sent an insult back because that guy insulted me. Suspending
me for that is unfair!" or "I'm innocent, my brother/cousin/grandma was playing at that time").
