As you have mentioned, this is affecting more users.

It happened to me as well, when running tests.

I was able to fix it by resetting the store, but then it happened again.

Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Next, I ran the command below, and so far, the error is gone.

Press the Windows Key + X on your Keyboard and Select "Terminal (Administrator)" from the menu and confirm it by clicking "Yes".

Once the terminal Window is open, copy the command below and paste it on the Window, then press ENTER. (Select the Text and press CTRL Key + C then switch to the terminal Window and press CTRL Key + V)

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}



Once it's complete, restart your PC and launch the app again.

Error code is displayed when trying to use a pre paid Xbox Live subscription code when your Xbox Live gold is still in effect. You must wait for the subscription period to end before you can use the code. Pre Paid subscription codes cannot be used to extend
an Xbox Live subscription, only activate it

This may mean that you already have a subscription for the prepaid code you're trying to redeem, or that there’s a problem with the billing information for your Microsoft account.
