    i have error code 0x87E10BD0


    i have error code 0x87E10BD0 and trying to play sea of thieves with my friends via the pc gamepass they are all having no problems but no matter what I do sign out reset windows it just won't work is there anything i could do try and fix the problem I am using windows 10 on a Nivida GeForce 1080 with a Ryzen 7 3700

    Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

    Solution 1: Repair and reset the game title

    Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select the game title, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button and reset button, try launching the game again using the Xbox app, and see if it works.

    Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

    Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

    In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

    In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

    Restart your device and try to launch the game again and see if it works.

    Solution 3: Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    I have tried all of those and done everything on the xbox support website and nothing has fixed it would making a new account and buying the gamepass again fix this issue?
