i have error 80a40010

hi i have this error in my console when i try to connect to my account so i try to fix the problem by your solution to (remove and recover your xbox live profile ) i remove my account from my console was one of the steps. then i rich the step that to go
to guide and
ad new to recover my account there is another error comes up was 80a40019 i dont now whats problem i have no problem to access my account in my computer but in my console device i have this troubles . and its begun 3 days ago. before that i dont access
to my console for 1 months and before that i have no problem to connect to my account i wood be happy if someone help me thanks

pls verify that you taken the following step below:

1. Perform a hard reset of the console:
   1. Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Select Restart console.
   4. Confirm the restart by selecting Yes.
2. Recover your profile to the console:
   1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   2. Select Sign in, which is the top option on the guide.
   3. Select Add & manage.
   4. Select Add new.
   5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password, and then select
      Enter.
   6. Verify the privacy settings that you've set for your account. These apply to any Xbox One console where you sign in. Select
      Next.
   7. On the Here is how you look screen, select Next.
      
   8. On the Choose a color screen, select the color for your
      Home screen to differentiate between you and others using this console. Select
      Next.
   9. Your profile is now downloaded to the console. Press the Xbox button to return to home.
      

if hat does not work you will have to contact xbox support to try to reset on there end.

hi about that error i think its fix now there is another error pups out its 0.80a40019 when i go to sign in and chose add new to open my account it take long time loading then these error pups up i think its your server problem its 1 month that i couldnt open
my account its makes me mad if its not going to fix please tell me so i go buy another console i play all xbox console from beginning of xbox products and i love them tell now please tell me when this error going to get fix thank you.
