    I have enough gold but its not letting me download the winter wonderland


    What do I need to do to download the winter wonderland. I have more than enough gold coins to purchase it, but it keeps telling me that I don't have enough.

    Does a person ever get an answer to any of these questions? Where can I see the answers?

    I used to be able to use my points to purchase new collections and download them immediately. Now I have tried to download the Winter Wonderland collection, which I purchased with my points just as I have done before , but now it just goes completely off
    when I click the download button.

    Well for 2014 the seed Teddy Bear is a very large winter map it's like The seed Winter Wonderland from 2013. And a really good one I found is the seed Conker all I can say for that one is find the stronghold you will be pleased with the results.

    AppData is a hidden folder so you will need to see hidden folders in file explorer.
    Microsoft Jigsaw should not be running when you do this.



    The downloaded collection files are in your User\UserName directory (if you do not know where it is, just open a regular command prompt), the rest of the path is AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DownloadedPuzzles
    which should have a folder for every one of your collections (WinterWonderlandPack for Winter Wonderland Collection).
    Just delete the ones you do not want, you will not need to purchase these again (gold or $), the collection should now be seen under Downloadable Collections with a download link to download it again if you desire to and not in My Collections.
