I have Enforcement problem, I can't access the chat room or party and send a message

Enforcement action aren't made based on what was the last thing you did. Can be something that you did in the last week.
Only enforcement team can assist you on this matter.
Customer support is not capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.
Due to is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

I've already checked the enforcement team website I have no active suspensions I can talk in chat and parties but when I send messages it will say "message sent" but they don't receive the message.

i can chat in-game and party but can't send messages and this account is new.

just outta curiosity is anyone who lost their friends list information on the family plan? my kids can access their friends list, have to join in on the party and game chats, can't send anything at all, but I can't do ANYTHING, no friends list, no messages,
no invites.... nada
