I have credits pending as far back from august 2016

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

There lies the problem. It turns out that I have pending credit going back as far as 02/15/2015. Something is preventing the credits from being deposited.

Hi wade the weird. We looked at your account and the pending Credits is from November 2016. We are not seeing Credits from 2013-2015. Since it is less that 5000 Credits pending, an automatic deposit was not triggered. You can request one though on your MyRewards
page.

Hi aLTiTuDe. Credits pending from the 1st-15th of the month will be deposited before the last day of the month, and Credits pending from 16th-last day of the month will be deposited by the 15th of the following month. Since your 50,000 Credits were awarded
December 6, 2016, an automatic deposit has been scheduled for the 29th. Hang tight!

The Credits for this offer have been pending in your account since August 29th. For future reference, you can see a complete record of your Credits from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Note that pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process.
A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, if you are asking about
a deposit of your Credits, this will not occur until the mid-month deposit this month (September).
